This role will also be focused on operational development by completing strategic analysis and continuous improvement activities.
Key Responsibilities include:
Driving Operational Excellence Orchestrate all distribution activities.
Monitor inventory levels.
Manage the transportation of goods to end customers.
Developing Strategic Vision Analyze operational data, identifying bottlenecks and opportunities.
Champion continuous improvement.
Oversee distribution center budget to maintain operational efficiency.
Growing Your People and Organization Ensure compliance of all policies:
company, state, OSHA, etc.
Conduct annual performance reviews.
Foster environment of collaboration.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
3 years experience in a Supply Chain role with increasing responsibilities, including managing teams.
Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Suite, particularly Excel In-depth knowledge of systems and processes relating to inventory management, warehouse management and customer order fulfillment Ability to professionally interact and influence internal and external contacts positively and proactively.
Ability to provide insightful analysis and continuous improvement suggestions to the organization.
Preferred:
APICs or other similar certification Experience with Business Central ERP.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
