This position will manage the direction, development, and execution of customer supply chain management and be responsible for developing short- and long-term strategies to support sales growth and profitability across Lundberg Family Farms' (LFF) supply chain network.
You will provide supply chain leadership and direction on a cross-functional basis working with the Vice President of Sales and Vice President of Supply Chain Operations.
The role requires strategic thinking, leadership, and a highly developed set of general management, analytic, and project management skills that translate into measurable results.
Key Responsibilities Include:
Strategy and Risk Develop sourcing strategy, including supplier and customer relationships necessary to support business strategy, growth, and profitability.
Lead the migration from traditional S&OP to IBP which aligns S&OP with P&L impact, portfolio strategy, revenue strategy, and broader organizational goals and strategies.
Own service level performance, analysis, problem identification and solutions by integrating supply planning, order fulfillment, logistics, and procurement.
Lead, Manage, & Develop Team Define a strategic vision for the department with a focus on execution, growth, and cost controls.
Lead and develop optimal organizational capabilities and structure to deliver the strategic objectives and daily service requirements.
Take ownership for talent management processes to grow, develop, and retain talent, including creating succession plans and functional redundancy.
Core Functions Lead development of a lean, robust, and reliable supply chain of domestic and international suppliers and service providers.
Ensure implementation and management of dynamic target inventory supply system that achieves threshold order fill rates while balancing aging inventory risks.
Own or participate in negotiation/enforcement of contracts, determine pricing systems, and analyze sourcing alternatives.
Develop and implement warehousing and logistics strategy and tactics for LFF, including the utilization of 3rd Party Logistics (3PL) when required; monitor capacity and oversee optimization.
This is an onsite position with the option to work remote 1-2 days per week.
Bachelor's degree in Operations, Finance, Procurement, or related field.
10 years of related production, technical, and purchasing experience.
Extensive knowledge of procurement, strategic sourcing, and supplier risk management.
Strong knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) fundamentals and advanced computer skills including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Highly developed knowledge of customer supply chain; strategies, programs, and ability to articulate strategy and deliver results.
Thorough understanding of the direct and indirect interactions between supply chain and other teams.
Experienced knowledge in demand-driven, distributor-focused supply chain practices, processes, and systems.
Thorough understanding of P&L levers and supply chain performance.
Strong experience with analysis, budgeting, forecasting, inventory management, and controls.
Proven experience developing KPIs and Continuous Improvement (CI) initiatives.
Able to problem solve, drive root-cause analysis, and critical-thinking skills.
Strong contract negotiation and project management skills.
Must maintain a valid CA driver's license or in the state of residence and meet insurability standards of our auto insurance carrier.
Preferred MBA or advanced degree in Operations, Finance or Supply Chain Management American Production and Inventory Control Society (APICS) certification.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
